The poster should be limited to 1m in height and 1m in width.

The poster can be either handmade using chart-paper or printed on a flex of the   above  dimensions

The presenting team should not consist of more than two participants.

The participants should hand over the posters in the very beginning of the day before the start of the first event.

Registration is mandatory . Last date of registration is  04.08.2015 .
